Look out for our new print collection: alphabet, numbers, and a new hand paper cut family tree!
some lovely drawings by my favorite children's book illustrator: Czech artist Miroslav Sasek. The This is series travel guides of the big cities in the world are now very popular. I can't get enough of his colorful and charming illustrations.
As Summer approaches I have been very inspired by the work of Rebecca Thuss who is a wonderful photo-stylist, creative director, wedding designer and crafter. She used to work as a styling director for Martha Stewart Wedding Magazine but is now working with her husband on a multidisciplinary photography and graphic design firm called Thus&Farrell.
Starting from top left: Mosaic from Notre Dame de Fourviere in Lyon, boats in the Parc de la Tete d'or (Lyon), Butterfly from Amsterdam, mosaic from the same Parc, fairy lights in Ophelia's bedroom, felt flowers from our living room.
Photos of my wedding bouquet made out of a mix of silk fabrics and ribbons. Top picture: vintage brooch for hats. The pink pastel silk flower in the middle was made by Atelier Legeron. It is the most fabulous place located in a very old Parisian apartment. They make the most delicate and beautiful silk flowers for the most prestigious Maisons de Haute Couture: Chanel, Balmain, Yves Saint Laurent...You can bring them a photo of your favorite flower and they will make the replica in fabric. They dye the fabric to match the perfect colour. I highly recommend this place.
I got pretty excited last week to wear my Birkenstock and a dress sadly it only lasted 2 days...now this is how it feels like going out...I can't wait for a proper Summer. This is a lovely illustration by my friend Margaux.xx
The only good thing about this ever changing weather is the amazing sky and rainbows that we can see from our flat.
