We Make Carpets is a Dutch collective who mixes traditional skills to make unusual carpets with a critical view of the consumer society. At first you see a beautifully crafted carpet, but with a closer look you discover surprising items like soldier figurines, band-aids, or plastic forks cleverly assembled to create colourful graphic patterns.
