The Sunday was a rainy day so we decided to make the most of it and discover a bit of The Hague, about 40mn drive from home, Amsterdam.
We ended up spending most of our day in the Gemeente Museum -aka Museum of Modern Art as there was so much to see from the exhibition of Bridget Riley, Constant and the permanent exhibition of Mondrian and masterpieces such as the stunning Portrait of Edith by Egon Schiele. Every Sunday afternoon there is a workshop for children where they can paint, draw and make collages while you enjoy the museum!
