We absolutely adore these cheerful paper party hats designed by our friends at Engel! Make them in a jiffy, add a bright pom-pom, a pink elastic under the chin and you’re laughing!
Each paper hat comes flat packed. You can send the hat as a greeting card to a friend. Add a note inside the hat and poste it in the large envelope provided. Also included are a bright pink elastic and a pompom.
Our Mushrooms and Owls paper banner is perfect for adding a festive touch of colour to your birthday parties or to brighten up a room. They are hand cut in San Francisco by Papel Picado Mexican artisans.
